Legends Hall offers a variety of spaces perfect for any celebration! Traditions Ballroom offers banquet space for up to 300 guests and the Legacy meeting rooms are perfect for meetings or seminars. The Club Lounge and Lounge & Parlor are excellent options for your Birthday, Baby/Bridal Shower, Cocktail Hour, and more! Need something outdoors?  Aria amphitheater is perfect for fundraisers, concerts, or other large gatherings.  Legends Hall truly meets the needs of any event and size!

Traditions Ballroom


With nearly 5,000 square feet, the Traditions Ballroom at Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake is a flexible and multi-functional facility, perfect for wedding receptions, corporate meetings, luncheons, birthday parties, and more. The lobby and gallery, totaling 2,797 square feet, leads into the spacious ballroom, which includes neutral colored chairs, round tables (each accommodating up to 12 guests), a stage, dance floor, state-of-the-art audiovisual system, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet connection throughout the facility. Also available for your special events are black/white table linens, black/white napkins, access to the covered patio, access to china, access to barware, access to basic centerpieces, and staff to manage your special day.

Legacy Meeting Rooms


With nearly 1400 square feet, the Legacy Meeting Rooms at Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake is a great flexible space, perfect for corporate meetings, breakout sessions, HOA meetings, silent auction locations, and more. The space itself includes neutral colored chairs, wood-powered 6' tables, a state-of-the-art audio-visual system, and a complimentary high-speed wireless internet connection throughout the facility. Each room also comes with a nice counter and mini-fridge which we are happy to add a snack or soda package for our additional concierge fees.

Club Lounge


Legends Hall’s Club Lounge is the ideal spot for your next engagement party, rehearsal dinner,  bridal shower, birthday party, sports watch party, or after-party. Accommodating up to 30 to 50 guests at nearly 900 square feet, the Club Lounge is a unique event venue with a built-in bar, TVs, access to an outdoor patio with comfortable lounge furniture, and a fire feature. 

Many guests and clients boast the ambiance of a restaurant without the wait!  With an open vendor and a BYOB policy, you are welcome to serve your guests from one of your favorite caterers. This space also has ample patio lounge furniture with an outdoor fountain and seating for an additional 10 - 20 guests.

THE LOUNGE & PARLOR 


The Lounge and Parlor is a cozy and comfortable space with a sitting area that creates a welcoming living room feel. This naturally lighted space can accommodate up to 60 people. Included is a Parlor, also known as The Man Cave, with two billiard tables, a poker table, an 80 inch mounted TV with bar stools, and leather chairs. The Parlor space has seating for twelve people. The Lounge also includes a full kitchen in the back and the Dick McCauley Library which includes several books, a seating area, and a fireplace. You'll find a welcome desk at the front entrance and a connection to the outdoor area which is furnished to accommodate seating for your group.

Aria Outdoor Amphitheater


There is no better way to spend an evening than listening to live music under the stars. At Aria, The Marq's outdoor amphitheater, you can do just that. With the ability to accommodate up to 1,500 people on a flow, Aria plays host to a variety of events, including concerts, music, performances, and live entertainment in Southlake, TX.

Aria Amphitheater is a prime location for outdoor wedding ceremonies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Dramatic architecture and beautiful landscaping, overlooking a water fountain create the ideal backdrop for couples to say “I do.” The outdoor wedding venue will accommodate up to 300 seated guests.
