Southlake's Adaptive Recreation programs provide recreation and leisure opportunities to teen and adult persons with physical/mental disabilities. Our service philosophy is to encourage people of all abilities to engage in a more active lifestyle through community recreation. Our goal is to provide positive recreation and leisure experiences through adapted, inclusive, and community integration programs.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all individuals in the Adaptive Recreation programs, participants or their parents must complete an assessment form that provides our staff with details necessary for participation. Each participant must be restroom-trained and display appropriate behavior including listening, following instructions, and interacting with others in a socially acceptable manner. Participants are also expected to not leave or run away from the group without permission.

We are excited to announce that we are going to offer two Club Metro Camps this summer for our Club Metro teens/adults!
Club Metro Camp is designed as a day camp that will entertain your special needs teen or adult in a week-long adventure throughout DFW. Field trips will be scheduled for 4 days and 1 day will be onsite at Champions Club!
Information on specific trips and activities will be released to those enrolled the Thursday prior to the start of camp.
Club Metro meets each week for a night to socialize with our friends. Activities take place at Legends Hall and out in the community! A schedule of activities will release the week before each Club Metro session begins.
