Quick Information for Hosting an Event in Southlake: 

  • Submit application 90 days in advance
  • 300+ in attendance requires a Mass Gathering Permit
  • 1,000+ in attendance requires a Specific Use Permit & City Council approval 
  • Walks or Races are only allowed on approved City routes and must follow the Walks and Races SOP. Office of Traffic Management approval is required.
