My name is Keigan Landcaster, and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer here at Champion’s Club. I studied Kinesiology at Tarleton State University and The University of North Texas. I believe training for your goals is about having fun while being educated. I have 6 years of experience in personal training and nutrition, working with all age groups. I am dedicated and passionate about what I do and want my clients to succeed in achieving their goals.
I have 19+ years of training and yoga experience and certification. Specializing in mindful movement and safe lifting mechanics, I studied at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, TX. The foundation of my training combines the physical with the inner-emotional and mindset balance for total self-realization. By integrating breath, movement, and mindful awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects for optimal personal health and well-being.
During my 36 years in the fitness industry, several certifications have taught me skills for helping people reach their health and fitness goals. But, my actual experience as a personal trainer is what has brought me the satisfaction of coaching people to better health and a more active lifestyle. Fitness and nutrition are vital to our well-being, and as we age, it becomes that much more important. I enjoy seeing people of all ages make strides to bettering their health and being able to live the life they desire.
