I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. My experience has included personal training, corporate training, outdoor fitness boot camps, group fitness classes, and online coaching. My desire is to enhance my clients’ well-being and educate them so they feel empowered with knowledge, skills, guidance, and support to achieve the goals they have set. I have 19+ years of training and yoga experience and certification. Specializing in mindful movement and safe lifting mechanics, I studied at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, TX. The foundation of my training combines the physical with the inner-emotional and mindset balance for total self-realization. By integrating breath, movement, and mindful awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects for optimal personal health and well-being.

Growing up as a kid who loved playing sports provided me with the inspiration to pursue personal training as a career. For the past seven years, I have studied athletic performance, lifestyle and nutrition, injury prevention and rehab, strength and hypertrophy training, and meditation practices from a variety of perspectives. Today, sharing my passion for human movement with others is what I love most. I appreciate training with people who have a good attitude and enjoy learning about themselves every day. I studied Kinesiology at East Texas Baptist University where I also got to play hockey as well. I now enjoy competing in Ironman and bodybuilding competitions. I grew up in the fitness industry and cheered since the age of 4. I have a strong passion for helping people learn what to do in the gym not only to be better physically but mentally as well. When I’m not at the gym, you can find me cuddled up at home with my dog! I studied Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Arlington, then later earned my nutrition and personal training certification through NASM. I have experience with all ages and am more than equipped to get you where you want to go!
