I have 19+ years of training and yoga experience and certification. Specializing in mindful movement and safe lifting mechanics, I studied at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, TX. The foundation of my training combines the physical with the inner-emotional and mindset balance for total self-realization. By integrating breath, movement, and mindful awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects for optimal personal health and well-being.

I studied Kinesiology at East Texas Baptist University where I also got to play hockey as well. I now enjoy competing in Ironman and bodybuilding competitions.
