Bar Set Up $200.00 and includes the portable bar and 100 wine, 100 rock and 100 mixing glasses.
Conference Phone $50.00.
Flip Chart $35.00 - $45.00.
Room Perimeter Up-lighting $300.00.
Presentation Package $250.00 and includes floor podium with computer, wireless mouse and keyboard, LCD projector/screen or LCD monitor and house audio/visual patch.
Microphone $50.00 each
Coffee $3 per person
