Champions Club offers a variety of performance training opportunities, including speed and agility classes and camps. Classes are held in the indoor fieldhouse, gymnasium or lighted outdoor turf field.
Spartan Training Camp: prepare for your first Spartan race or, if you're more experienced, improve your performance.
Explosive Camp: designed for athletes who want to improve their jump through explosive and reactive workouts.
High Performance Strength & Conditioning: teaches athletes workouts that address the whole body with an emphasis on strength, flexability and endurance.
