I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. My experience has included personal training, corporate training, outdoor fitness boot camps, group fitness classes, and online coaching. My desire is to enhance my clients’ well-being and educate them so they feel empowered with knowledge, skills, guidance, and support to achieve the goals they have set. With 25 years of weightlifting experience, I am a seasoned personal trainer and nationally ranked USS Strongman competitor in the men’s 275lb weight class. A Carroll Dragon Alumni State Champion 2003 Noseguard, I hold degrees in Kinesiology and Nursing, showcasing my deep understanding of physical fitness and health. My expertise spans Olympic lifting, powerlifting, Highland Games, and arm-wrestling. I firmly believe in the “stimulate, don’t annihilate” approach to training, finding the optimal balance for client progress. Emphasizing safety, technique, and individualized programs, my goal is to help clients achieve their strength and performance objectives while fostering a lifelong passion for fitness.

I have 19+ years of training and yoga experience and certification. Specializing in mindful movement and safe lifting mechanics, I studied at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, TX. The foundation of my training combines the physical with the inner-emotional and mindset balance for total self-realization. By integrating breath, movement, and mindful awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects for optimal personal health and well-being.
