The Fitness Kickstart Program is designed to provide new members with all the tools they need to assess their current fitness level, set realistic health and wellness goals, and learn about Champions Club resources and services. We have a talented team of fitness instructors and personal trainers who will help you customize a health and wellness plan unique to your needs and abilities. Best of all the Fitness Kickstart Program is complimentary for all new members!

  • One-on-one goal-setting session
  • Fitness Assessment including body composition testing
  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Blood Pressure Reading (BMR)
  • Aerobic Capacity Assessment
  • Fitness Orientation includes information about group fitness classes and facility guidelines

Fitness Assessment

inbody machine panelThe InBody 570 uses the latest patented and cutting-edge technology to provide you with the most accurate body composition testing in the industry. You'll receive a personalized report and have your results interpreted by one of our trained fitness professionals during your Fitness Assessment or Kickstart Program. Your report will inform you of your overall health including body fat percentage, amount of lean muscle tissue, visceral fat (fat in and around your organs), and more. We recommend taking the InBody Test regularly to track your progress.

Take the Test

In just 45 seconds, the InBody will reveal how your diet and exercise are affecting your health. Through regularly scheduled testing, you can challenge yourself and monitor your progress on your full-page results sheet provided to you immediately following each test.

Develop a Plan

Once you have your results page, now is the perfect time to meet with one of our personal trainers to help you determine your fitness goals and develop a customized fitness plan so you can start working toward a healthier you!

Fitness Orientation

Let our knowledgeable and friendly fitness staff give you a personal introduction to all of the amazing things Champions Club has to offer. We'll show you around the fitness floor, help you become acclimated with the equipment, and answer any questions you may have on how to safely and effectively utilize any unfamiliar machines. This orientation is perfect for new members or anyone who wants to get more serious in the weight room.
