Meet Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Here at Champions Club, we strive to provide as many tools as possible to help you achieve all of your health goals, and recognize that often they extend past just fitness goals but also nutritional goals. We are so pleased to be able to offer our members dietary and nutritional guidance with the addition of a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
Janna Weaver, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She specializes in weight loss management, adult nutrition, and corporate wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Louisiana Tech University. Janna also holds certifications from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics in both Pediatric and Adult Weight Management. With more than 15 years of nutrition counseling, experience, she's obsessed with simplifying healthy eating to help you achieve your overall well-being and live a happy, vibrant life.

Janna brings a realistic approach with flexible eating plans personalized to fit your lifestyles and routine. She'll specialize your program design and tailor nutrition and lifestyle programming to promote behavior change, meet your fitness goals, and enhance overall health and wellbeing. Her coaching is result-driven. She will provide resources, education, and accountability to take action, achieve goals, and establish long-term healthy habits.
The Coaching Progrssion:
- Initial Session - Overall education of medical history, InBody results, current nutrition and lifestyle habits, goal setting and action plan, eating strategy, resources
- Follow-up 1 - InBody results and goal progression review, nutrition education specific to overcoming challenges and creating healthy habits
- Additional Follow-ups - Review progress, continued nutrition education and creating healthy habits
