Want to learn how to lift weights and feel more comfortable in the weight room? This 8-week course, taught by fitness instructor Lindsay Erikson, is designed specifically for beginners interested in strength training and eager to learn about free weights and machines. You will be taken through basic total bodyweight training workouts in a small group setting where we LIFT weights and LIFT each other!
