These classes are for older and/or more advanced and mature swimmers who have competed on a swim team previously, or who are very strong, comfortable swimmers who can handle a more intense workout (2000+ yards per class). Classes for this level are available three days during the week– swimmers can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 classes per week. Classes are taught independent of one another so swimmers can sign up for any combination of classes. If your 10 & Older advanced swimmer wants to sign up to attend all three S&T classes each week, then they are eligible to sign up for the 'volume' discount rate of $310 (vs. $450 when paid individually).     This class will empower women to fight back by teaching techniques on how to survive an attack from an assailant.     This is a class open to children of all skill levels and abilities. Students will receive a half hour of supervised play and instruction. Located on the Southern Methodist University campus in Dallas, the Meadows Museum is home to one of the largest collections of Spanish art outside of Spain. The experience starts out front of the building, where large-scale sculptures are displayed, including Wave, a continually moving piece designed by architect Santiago Calatrava. Inside reside iconic pieces from masters like El Greco, Velazquez, Rivera and more.
