Register as a team and complete against other formed teams in this more competitive recreational league. Coaches in this league are given more freedom to manage their teams with no minimum playing rules. All teams will play a 6-games season and top 4 teams will advance to the playoffs. Teams must provide their own coach and uniform. Please register under head coach's name.
Join the City of Southlake in this recreational youth volleyball league. Jerseys will be provided and a set rotation will be utilized to ensure all players receive equal playing time. Every effort will be made to honor coaching and player request, but requests are not guaranteed.

This Program will introduce boys and girls to the game of basketball by teaching the basic fundamentals of the sport. Participants will learn how to dribble, shoot, pass and other fun and exciting basketball skills in a well supervised environment. Teamwork, sportsmanship and overall fun will be emphasized. Don't miss the last day of the session when the players will demonstrate the skills they have learned in the "Big Game." Cost includes a jersey, trophy and youth-sized ball.

Ball handling, passing and an introduction to shooting basics are taught in this fun training class. This is a skill based program that uses drills and games to teach players more about the team sport. Our goal is to excite young players about the game of basketball.

Mindfulness for kids offers fun, engaging, and evidence-based practices to teach children how to calm their bodies and minds. Mindfulness will be taught through a variety of modalities including breath, yoga, art and music. Yoga and guided breathing practices will be included in every class. Children will be encouraged to explore their emotions and how to "respond vs. react" to difficult emotions. Children are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.

This Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on teaching children from ages 5-17 years old. The goal is to teach children: respect, honor, commitment, self control, physical fitness, coordination, compassion, positive attitude and most importantly self confidence. We are a life skills school that emphasizes on key values that will help students enhance their mental toughness to stand for what they believe in and the above goals. Through these values, we create a positive attitude of "Yes I Can!"
